AREHNA Engineering

Jessica McRory is the President and founder of AREHNA Engineering which is a woman-owned, Florida-based geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing firm.  Ms. McRory has managed the geotechnical aspects of testing, design, and construction for over a thousand engineering projects over the last 18 years. Her involvement has included geotechnical analysis and evaluation of soil conditions pertaining to new construction design, as well as ongoing construction projects. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical concentration. Under Ms. McRory’s leadership, the firm has grown to a staff of over 45 engineers, engineering technicians and support personnel who support a variety of projects throughout the State. Ms. McRory is active in the community, and has held leadership roles for several professional societies and boards that advance the engineering profession and the industry as a whole.
