Robert (Bob) Priselac, Vice President of Government Relations** Robert Priselac serves as the Vice President of Government Relations, bringing over 25 years of experience in titling, including the implementation of electronic titling in states such as Florida. He is passionate about monitoring legislation that could impact the auto industry. Bob is an active member of various committees, including the eSTART Coalition, which advocates for government modernization in electronic titling. He also serves on the Industry Advisory Board, collaborating with the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA). Bob holds an MBA from the Ohio State University Hospital and Health Services Administration Graduate Program. Throughout his career, he has held the positions of CEO and President at multiple hospitals, overseeing the construction of a new hospital and managing several hospital-physician joint ventures. Notably, he led the successful merger of two financially distressed hospitals, resulting in reduced property taxes for the district without compromising service levels. In his role as Regional Administrator for the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Bob was responsible for mobile home construction, dealer enforcement, and emissions programs. He received the Florida Tax Watch’s Davis Productivity Award for reducing government costs by creating a streamlined, cost-efficient process to better serve Florida’s citizens. Bob has also held various charitable positions, including Board Chair of Prevent Blindness Florida and Executive and Board Director of Veterans Village of Citrus County. He was appointed by the Governor of Florida to serve on the Citrus Memorial Hospital Board, with the aim of overseeing the sale of the county’s own hospital. Additionally, Bob is a proud Vietnam Veteran and served in the U.S. Air Force K-9 Security Team.
