David Roberts serves as General Manager of PRI Enterprises, formally known as PRIDE Enterprises, where he leads the Graphics, Sewn Products, and Digital Strategic Business Units. In this role, he is responsible for strategic planning and the development of innovative solutions that support government agencies while advancing PRI’s mission of inmate training and workforce development. His leadership focuses on equipping inmate workers with practical, transferable skills that prepare them for successful re-entry into society.

With more than 40 years of experience across the private and public sectors, David brings extensive expertise in security and identification systems, variable data printing and mailing, manual image review services for tolling and transportation programs, biometric identification software, and secure document management solutions. He has been with PRI Enterprises for 16 years, where he has led print, digital, and mail solutions for state and local agencies, particularly within transportation and highway safety, helping save millions of dollars while delivering reliable, mission-critical services across Florida and beyond.

Prior to joining the team, David held senior leadership roles including President of HC Miller Company, Senior Product Manager at Wausau Financial Systems, and Vice President of Operations at Marathon Communication. He studied at Washtenaw Community College, Lenawee Vocational College, and the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation. What excites him most about the future of PRI is the ability to create impactful solutions for public agencies while empowering inmate workers to become productive, skilled citizens through meaningful training and opportunity.
