Karl Reichelt, Chief Commercial Officer
Karl Reichelt is Chief Commercial Officer at Cavnue, where he leads the development, delivery, and commercialization of the company’s portfolio of advanced road infrastructure projects across multiple U.S. states. He oversees the teams responsible for securing, constructing, and operating infrastructure that enables safer, more connected, and data-driven transportation systems. Prior to joining Cavnue, Karl held senior executive leadership roles at Equitix, Bombardier Transportation, AECOM/AECOM Capital, and Skanska.

Over the course of his career, Karl has led consortia that secured more than $20 billion in greenfield Public-Private Partnership (P3) infrastructure projects, representing more than $2 billion in private equity investments, including several of the largest and most complex P3 projects awarded in North American history. He also served in multiple government leadership appointments under New York Governor George E. Pataki and U.S. President George W. Bush. Karl holds a bachelor’s degree from the University at Albany’s Nelson A. Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy.
