Dr. Bobby Olszewski serves as STV’s Florida Government and Community Partnerships Leader, supporting transportation, infrastructure, and public-sector clients across the state. With more than 30 years of experience in government relations, strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and public communications, Bobby helps agencies and project teams build consensus and advance complex infrastructure initiatives. His experience includes supporting major Florida Department of Transportation programs such as I-4 Beyond the Ultimate, Moving I-4 Florida Forward, and District 5’s Regional Transportation Management Center, as well as leading statewide public awareness campaigns for the Florida Public Transportation Association. A former Florida State Representative and Winter Garden City Commissioner, Bobby combines public policy expertise with project delivery experience to strengthen relationships among government agencies, elected officials, community organizations, and private sector stakeholders. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, along with master’s degrees in Management and Corporate Communication & Technology, and is recognized for his leadership in transportation, economic development, and community engagement throughout Florida.
