Corey Quinn P.E. is a Project Manager at Parsons and has extensive experience in overall transportation project management for technology, safety, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and tolling projects. As former CFX CTOO, Corey helped to lead the agency towards a “Customer First” philosophy leading to innovative programs such as the expansion of customer services by opening drive-up Reload Lanes on expressways, piloting the Visitor Toll Pass Program in partnership with the Orlando International Airport, and to deploy numerous cutting-edge safety and technology improvements which are installed on CFX expressways under his guidance, including IBTTA award-winning wrong-way driver detection systems. Corey is a professional engineer in the State of Florida, a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSCE) and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Central Florida.
