SVP – Transportation Business Group Leader

Jay has over 35 years of engineering, management and leadership experience in operations and business development with private engineering firms.  His leadership positions ranged from Senior Program Manager to Chief Operations Officer, and he is currently the Area’s Transportation Business Group Leader for HDR.  In this role he is responsible for the vision, growth, and delivery of the overall Transportation program in Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi. Jay is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute and a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida and North Carolina and an active member of ACEC-FL, DBIA and TEAMFL.
