As tolls program director, Jim Wilson oversees numerous projects and operations in the Southeast region. Over his 26-year career, he has worked closely with agency leadership at Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, Central Florida Expressway, Illinois Tollway, Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission, Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority, and the Roads & Transport Authority in Dubai, just to name a few.

Mr. Wilson holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University Online. He also earned a Project Management Professional Certification from the PMI Institute.
