John is a former Assistant Director and Chief Engineer of the Ohio DOT and brings 34 years of experience with a wide variety of transportation projects and programs. His experience includes planning, design, and management of projects including complex highways, bridges, interchanges, safety/traffic projects, intermodal projects, innovative funding, and general engineering/program management assignments. John is Executive Vice President of the firm and Managing Director for TranSystems’ Florida practice and has spent the last 15 years in Central Florida serving the transportation industry. During this time, he has developed strong working relationships with state and local agencies including the Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise and Florida Department of Transportation, both locally and in Tallahassee.
