Mr. Limbaugh’s career experience in transportation planning and program efforts includes public and private sector organizations involving state, county, and local jurisdictions. He has served in leadership positions with Florida Department of Transportation and has worked with national, private-sector transportation engineering organizations.
As Director of Business Development/Government Relations for Wright Construction he is responsible for maintaining relationships with federal, state and local elected officials and their staffs, as well as with regulatory and administrative officials, to support efforts of the Wright Construction Group and our clients regarding legislation, regulation, and policy favorable to the region’s business climate. Actively helps guide initiatives to pursue funding, grants and additional public and private investments for infrastructure improvements. Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan that would increase revenues and profits by performing market research and analysis. Monitors external and internal environment for the development of new market segments.
He has directed statewide transportation planning and programming efforts. He has also managed project-specific highway and multimodal transportation plans and programs.
