Florida Transportation Business Line Leader

Keith is a transportation executive with over 30 years of experience in traffic operations, project management, and leadership, delivering complex infrastructure and technology programs across Florida and the Southeast. He began his career with FDOT District 5, managing more than 100 design-build projects annually, leading rapid hurricane recovery signal restorations, and authoring the agency’s first statewide fiber optic standards. He has advanced ITS, EV, and Connected Vehicle initiatives from concept to deployment while supporting major regional safety and mobility projects. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology and is known for driving impactful, stakeholder-focused transportation improvements.
