Kevin is a senior vice president and chairman of HNTB’s toll market practice with more than 30 years of diverse transportation experience, and more than 25 years dedicated to the toll industry. Kevin provides counsel and services to projects nationwide, including program management, priced managed lanes, GEC programs and tolling the interstate. He develops and executes strategy, leads pursuits and partners with the firm’s national transportation practice to develop toll opportunities for state DOTs. He previously served more than five years as national tolls market leader for two major consulting firms and served as a program director for Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise GEC contract for 4 years and committed more than 16 years to that program. Kevin’s HNTB experience includes serving as program manager for three different toll agency GEC programs (RMTA, CFX and RITBA).
