Lisa has over 31 years of experience as a Project Manager and Transportation Lead for DOT and public works related design, plans preparation, and construction management for conventional and alternative delivery projects. She has served as Chief Bridge Engineer, Engineer of Record, Responsible-in-Charge, Project Manager, Lead Engineer and Program Manager for various types of projects, including urban and rural roadway reconstruction projects, limited access highways reconstruction projects, bridge construction and rehabilitation, and miscellaneous structures and facilities. She has taken a project from the preproposal stage to final acceptance by establishing milestones, assigning staff, managing the schedule, budget and utilization all in the best interest of the client. Her broad experience has involved design, construction, maintenance, rehabilitation for the FDOT and GDOT. Lisa has also served in the role of Director of Alternative Delivery and has been responsible for the pursuit/ and or delivery of over 30 Design Build Projects (FL, GA, NC,SC, TX)

As part of her career she has been responsible for strategic coordination during the procurement, design and construction phases for advertised/awarded Design-Build (D/B), Public-Private Partnership (P3) and Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) projects. She defined the design and construction project goals, developed strategy and established team communication. She was responsible for structuring and staffing the team and integrating the team’s organization with that of the client, while working closely with the Contractor. Lisa has also served as specialty engineer for various Contractors. She is experienced in identifying innovative concepts and implementing them through Cost Savings Initiatives and Value Engineering Services. Lisa has performed extensive constructability reviews and preliminary engineering estimates on major reconstruction projects in an effort to prevent errors and omissions in the plans, notice of intent to claim, claims, supplemental agreements and change orders. She is also proficient at scope of services preparation, request for proposal preparation, contract, budget and schedule reviews, and contract review. Lisa knowledge of means and methods of projects are a valuable tool in determining staging, phasing and access during construction.
