Martin has over 35 years of experience in the design and management of large-scale transportation projects for both public- and private-sector clients across Florida. He provides design services for roadway, rural and urban expressway, arterial highway, toll roads, managed lane facilities, interchange, and milling and resurfacing projects statewide. Martin has a wealth of knowledge and a long history of serving the Florida Department of Transportation and public agencies statewide.  Martin is a Board Member at Large of the Fort Lauderdale Chapter of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials, a member of ACEC Roadway staff-hours committee.
