Mimi Mederos-Lamaute currently serves as the Manager of Executive and Board Services for the Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX), the transportation agency that owns, operates and maintains the 125-mile regional network of expressways for residents and visitors in Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties.
Mrs. Mederos-Lamaute provides executive level support planning, directing, managing, and coordinating day-to-day business activities of the CFX executive team, the 10 member CFX Board and the five-board appointed standing committees.
Prior to joining the executive team in 2017, she served 10 years within CFX’s first in-house legal department as the Senior Paralegal where she played an integral role in establishing the department and instituting department and agency policies.
Mrs. Mederos-Lamaute has more than three decades in the legal profession, having previously held positions for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court in Miami and the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court in Orlando.
Mrs. Mederos-Lamaute attended Florida International University where she earned a professional Paralegal certification and the University of Phoenix where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business.
