Rodrigo DePaula is an Associate Vice President and Senior Director of Operations at TransCore where he overseas Tolling and ITS Programs in the Southeast Region and manages TransCore’s Central Florida Office. His 26 years of experience involves all project lifecycle phases on both the agency and integrator sides of our industry. Rodrigo holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering, and is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida.
