Sam Hall brings 26 years of geospatial and surveying experience, leading complex mapping, utility coordination, and infrastructure projects throughout Florida. A Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper and Maine Licensed Professional Land Surveyor, he has managed multimillion-dollar contracts for agencies including Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise and the Florida Department of Transportation. Sam’s expertise spans advanced geomatics technologies, including LiDAR, hydrographic surveying, and subsurface utility engineering. He combines regional knowledge with extensive leadership experience to support the advancement of surveying and mapping practices across the profession.
