Stan currently serves as vice president of tolling at Gannett Fleming Inc. having joined the company following Gannett’s acquisition of Traffic Technologies Inc. (TTI) in October 2019. Stan was president and part owner of TTI who provided consulting services to the tolling industry for over 23 years of unprecedented innovation and growth.

Stan started in tolling as an independent consultant with the development and installation of one of the first “computerized” toll systems at the Golden Gate Bridge in 1984. Since that time. he has worked continuously in toll related technology, interoperability and policy.

Stan is joining Team Florida as the Gannett Fleming representative. He is excited about tolling in Florida and working with the people who made it happen and keep it going.  He hopes that sharing his experience in many tolling projects across the U.S. including his current work in Hubs and National Interoperability will be of benefit to Florida agencies and customers.

Stan takes a pragmatic approach to resolving issues and getting the job done but also understands the many influences and fiduciary responsibilities of public agencies. He is happy to be on the team and ready to assist in the continuation of progress in Florida tolling.
