Steve Ferrell has been in the transportation industry for over three decades and has been actively involved in TEAMFL for nearly 20 years. He is a Senior Vice President with HDR and is responsible for the firm’s business development activities in Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. During his career, Steve has served as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Project Principal and Quality Officer on numerous Planning, Transit, PD&E and Design projects. Steve has served in leadership roles and participated on committees with ACEC-Florida, American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE), Florida Engineering Society (FES) and Floridians for Better Transportation (FBT). He also served on the Lake~Sumter MPO Citizens Advisory Committee for 10 years, serving as Chair for 5 years. Steve graduated from NC State University with a BS in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida.
