Wayne R. Malaney, P.A.
Wayne Malaney is president of Wayne R. Malaney, P.A., headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Wayne has over three decades of legal and governmental relations experience. When he is not lobbying Florida’s executive and legislative branches of state government, he is actively involved in election law, transportation issues including access management and tolling and representing clients on a variety of civil legal matters.
Prior to owning his own firm, Wayne’s experience includes: being a member of Beck, Barrios and Malaney law firm where he also served 9 years as the Director of Government Relations, a 5 year partnership with former Senate President, John Vogt, at Vogt & Malaney Government Relations, 4 years as Staff Director and General Counsel of a standing committee in the Florida House of Representatives and Legislative Director for State Senator Bob Graham. In addition to his legal and lobbying experience, he previously worked at various executive branch agencies and has done extensive campaign work. Mr. Malaney has also practiced before the Florida Commission on Ethics and the Florida Elections Commission.
Mr. Malaney received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law, his Master’s in Public Administration from Florida State University and his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University.
